Muffin Tin Monday - The "If you give a mom a headache" theme

Muffin Tin Monday at Her Cup Overfloweth

If you give a mom a headache, she will still have two children. And somewhere, during that headache, those children will want to eat. And while wanting to eat, one of those children will remember that mom needs a blog for Muffin Tin Monday. And while the mom does appreciate the reminder about Muffin Tin Monday, she realizes that being creative with a headache doesn't always come easily.

So the mom will look in the fridge and put together food that resembles a nutritious meal, put it in a muffin tin, and call it a day.

Then she will go take two aspirin, a cup of tea, and close her eyes for a bit. The end.

Top row: cantaloupe, oatmeal raisin cookies, honeydew
Bottom row: carrots, celery & ranch, cream cheese & jelly sandwiches in mini pita breads, frozen blackberries

Want to know why the jam is so red? Faith & I made our very own jam and fresh jam is much brighter red than storebought!

  9. Thanks everyone!

It's pretty hot in Dallas so I'm guessing that is where the headache came from. Thankfully, the kids are almost 8 & almost 5, so they can play together upstairs.

The paper is scrapbook paper from the Target $1 spot of all places!
